US Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied the claim that Washington stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that Rubio answered a journalist's question about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement earlier this week about the cessation of information exchange.
"I don't know where he gets it from and why he tells it to the press. There has been no interruption. Zelensky should focus on ending this war," the Secretary of State said.
Rubio noted that a few days ago there was a problem with the software of Ukraine's early warning system. According to him, the US European Command (EUCOM) is dealing with the issue.
"I cannot comment on what happened last night," he added.
The Secretary of State emphasized that it is not easy to eliminate the main factors that led to the war in Ukraine and are still present. However, he stated that the US will continue its efforts.
According to Rubio, US President Donald Trump has suspended the imposition of sanctions for 60 days to assess the possibilities of the ongoing negotiations.
