Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said that Kazakh oligarch Mukhtar Ablyazov offered him to organize a coup in Kazakhstan in 2020.
Modern.az reports that Japarov spoke about this in an interview with "Super.kg" publication.
According to him, the phone conversation with Ablyazov took place in 2020:
"He praised the Kyrgyz for carrying out the third revolution. He asked for my help, saying that he would come to Bishkek to organize a revolution in Kazakhstan. I replied that I do not interfere in the politics of neighboring countries and will not spoil relations with Kazakhstan."
