An arrest warrant has been issued in Florida, USA, for Cuba's former leader, 95-year-old Raul Castro.

Florida Attorney General James Utmeyer announced that an arrest warrant was issued for Castro in connection with his indictment for conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
The decision to arrest Castro is related to the investigation of his possible involvement in the 1996 downing of two humanitarian planes.
"Raul Castro ordered the downing of those planes. He called for murder. That is why today we announce that Raul Castro has been charged at the state level and an arrest warrant has been issued against him for first-degree murder," Utmeyer told reporters.
It should be recalled that on May 20, the US Department of Justice filed charges against former Cuban President Raul Castro and five Cuban servicemen. They are the defendants in the incident involving the downing of two civilian aircraft in 1996.
The list of charges includes four separate counts related to the destruction of an aircraft and murder.
