The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) did not visit Nasimi Musayev, a conscript soldier of the Azerbaijani Army, who is detained in Armenia.
Modern.az reports that Zara Amatuni, the spokesperson for the committee's representation in Armenia, provided this information.
She stated that a dialogue is being held with the Armenian authorities regarding the issue.
It should be noted that after Nasimi Musayev was found to be absent from his service place in the direction of Lachin district on September 26, a search for him was initiated. A criminal case was opened in the Military Prosecutor's Office regarding the fact.
On October 1, Nasimi Musayev was detained in Shaki village of Syunik province, Armenia. The Armenian court chose a two-month pre-trial detention measure for the soldier under investigation.
