US President Donald Trump said that the parties to the conflict in Ukraine will eventually reach an agreement, but it will happen without Volodymyr Zelensky.
Modern.az reports that Trump spoke about this in an interview with “Newsmax” TV channel.
“I am not a big fan of Zelensky. They have destroyed Ukraine,” the US president said.
Trump emphasized that it is more difficult to reach an agreement with Zelensky than with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He compared the Ukrainian leader to Phineas Taylor Barnum, a traveling circus founder who lived in the 19th century. Barnum is considered one of the founders of modern show business and aggressive public relations strategies.
