Scandalous video footage featuring former prosecutor of the UN International Court of Justice, Luis Ocampo, and his son, Tomas, has been released. In these images, the Ocampos speak very openly and frankly about their dirty goals and the tools they use to achieve them. The former prosecutor says that Borrell, the former high representative of the European Union Commission for security and foreign policy, who is known for his anti-Azerbaijani rhetoric, worked for him. He also stated that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan should be dismissed from his post, and that Azerbaijan should take steps within the framework of the European Court of Justice to force the European Commission to cancel the agreement signed with Azerbaijan.
In a statement to Modern.az, Rasim Musabayov, a member of the International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations Committee of the Milli Majlis, stated that Azerbaijan does not have an agreement with the European Commission that can be broken:
“Ocampo is wrong. Azerbaijan does not have any agreement with the European Commission that can be broken for Ocampo to go and issue a decision against it. He has now turned into a fraudster and is corrupt.”

The deputy added that European structures should have their final say regarding Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court and an active Armenian lobbyist:
“One can pass by the attacks of Ocampo and his like with disgust. Because it is clear that the purpose of the campaigns they organize is to remove Nikol Pashinyan and the “Civil Contract” party from power today, and at this very moment, European structures must have their final say; although in words they claim to support pro-European forces in Armenia.”
Political scientist Elkhan Shahinoglu stated that the Armenian lobby in the world does not stop its activities against Turkey and Azerbaijan:
“The third target of the Armenian diaspora is currently Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. They are trying to overthrow him from power. They are trying to increase pressure on Pashinyan through their proxies – deputies, active and former officials – in various countries. Now Borrell's name is mentioned. He was formerly the European Union Commissioner for Foreign Policy. He was known for his anti-Azerbaijani stance even while in office. Now they want to involve him in anti-Pashinyan activities. Perhaps he is already involved in the activity.”

The political scientist emphasized that Borrell should make a statement regarding the issue:
“The point is that if a group of European deputies bought with money oppose Pashinyan, they will shoot themselves in the foot. Because Pashinyan is in favor of Armenia moving away from Russia and integrating with Europe. Opposing Pashinyan means supporting Russia's position. This would be a big risk for Josep Borrell and also for European deputies. These revealing images should be a serious subject of investigation about Borrell. Borrell himself should also make a statement about what this issue is. On the other hand, Pashinyan will once again be convinced that the interests of Russia and the Armenian diaspora coincide, and he will increase his activity a little more.”
