The United Water Supply Service of Large Cities of the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan (ADSEA) is carrying out a number of improvements and innovations in the existing water supply system with the aim of transitioning to uninterrupted water supply.
ADSEA informed Modern.az about this.
The modernization, construction, restoration of water reservoirs, proper organization of regulation works of technical facilities and elimination of primitive networks, improvement of existing pumping stations and installation of new powerful pumps have positively affected water pressure and distribution. New systems for automatic control of the water supply network have also increased the effectiveness of regulation.
Currently, we can cite Absheron, Binagadi, Khazar, Narimanov districts as examples of some of the large areas provided with 24-hour uninterrupted water. Water supply is no longer limited according to the previous schedule, but is continuous for 24 hours. This meets the daily water needs of the population and prevents water outages.
A small survey on this topic was also conducted among the residents of Khazar district, where twenty-five thousand subscribers will be provided with uninterrupted water. Residents confirmed that they are provided with uninterrupted water supply and positively evaluated the current result compared to previous years, expressing their gratitude to the executors for the efficient organization of works aimed at increasing subscriber satisfaction.
