Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that European countries cannot play the role of a mediator in Russia-Ukraine talks.
Modern.az reports that Peskov explained this by the fact that European countries are on Kyiv's side in the war.
"They are directly involved in the war on Kyiv's side and are in favor of inflicting a heavy blow on Russia," the Kremlin spokesman said.
