Modern.az reports with reference to "Türkiye Gazetesi" that Hakan Safi, a candidate for the presidency of the Istanbul club, has accelerated his transfer efforts before the congress to be held on June 6-7.
According to the information, Hakan Safi reached a principal agreement with Serhu Guirassy from Dortmund "Borussia" and star striker Robert Lewandowski, who left "Barcelona". The other foreign star on his list is "Marseille"'s 24-year-old winger Mason Greenwood.
