A new candidate has been nominated for the position of Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament.
Modern.az reports with reference to Armenian media that 40-year-old Alkhaz Ghazaryan has been nominated for this position.
According to the information, Alkhaz Ghazaryan's candidacy was submitted to the parliament leadership by the ruling "Civil Contract" party, and his approval will be discussed at the next sessions of the parliament.
It should be noted that the deputy speakers of the Armenian parliament play a key role in the management of the parliament, the organization of plenary sessions and the coordination of other parliamentary activities.
