The evacuation of tourists stranded in the area of the Tolbachik volcano in Kamchatka has begun.
Modern.az reports that the regional government has issued a statement on this matter.
According to the information, a total of 149 people remained in the area of the Tolbachik volcano. 117 of them will be evacuated by helicopters. The remaining 32 people are drivers and will stay in the area with their equipment.
It should be noted that among those who found themselves in a difficult situation during the trip is Azerbaijani citizen Tatyana Dolivets.
