As we reported, 117 tourists, including an Azerbaijani, who were blocked in a volcano in Kamchatka, are being evacuated.
Modern.az reports that TV presenter and animator, Azerbaijani citizen Tatyana Dolivets, who was among those evacuated, shared a post on her social media account.
“We are waiting for the helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. I am very touched by the attention shown by the beloved citizens of my beloved country. Azerbaijan - thank you,” she wrote.
In total, 149 people remained on the route. Drivers will remain in the area with the equipment until the road is cleared.
