Sedrak Kocharyan, son of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan, has been arrested for two months.
Modern.az reports with reference to Armenian media that the court granted the investigative p's request to arrest Sedrak Kocharyan for two months. His lawyer Alexander Kochubayev informed about this.
The defense plans to appeal the court's decision. The lawyer called the prosecution "illegal".
According to the version of the Armenian Anti-Corruption Committee, Sedrak Kocharyan helped officials abuse their powers.
