Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia is already a reality.
Modern.az reports that he spoke about this during his speech at the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State held in Turkmenbashi.
Pashinyan quoted from the initialed peace agreement with Azerbaijan:
"The parties confirm that they have no territorial claims against each other and will not make such claims in the future. The parties shall not allow any action aimed at the full or partial violation of the territorial integrity or political unity of the other party, including the planning, preparation, promotion or support of such actions."
"Dear heads of state, peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan is already a reality," the Armenian Prime Minister emphasized.
