Nasimi Musayev, a soldier on active military service in the Azerbaijani Army, spoke with his family a day before he was detained in Armenia.

His father Rasim Musayev and sister Shalala Aliyeva informed Modern.az about this.

They stated that Nasimi did not express any concern in his last phone conversations.

Nasimi Musayev's sister, Shalala Aliyeva, stated that her phone conversations with her brother had been normal until that time. According to her, Nasimi said in every call that there were no problems and everything was fine.

The soldier's father, Rasim Musayev, said that he last spoke to his son on September 25, a day before his absence from his duty station was determined.

"He spoke as he always did. He said that everything is fine here. He stated that he had no concerns. When asked, he said that everything was normal."

The father, worried about his son's fate, also emphasized that they are waiting for the issue to be resolved and trust the state.

"We have made our appeals, and we are waiting for the results. I have full confidence in our President and our state. So far, no citizen or soldier has been left in trouble. Therefore, I believe that the issue will be resolved in a short time," said Rasim Musayev.

It should be recalled that after Nasimi Musayev's absence from his duty station in the direction of Lachin district was determined on September 26, a search for him was launched. A criminal case was initiated by the Military Prosecutor's Office regarding the fact.

On October 1, Nasimi Musayev was detained in Shaki village of Sisian district, Syunik province, Armenia. The Armenian court chose a two-month pre-trial detention measure for the soldier under investigation.
