Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that his country has legal grounds to terminate the concession agreement with Russia on the management of Armenian railways.
Modern.az reports that, according to Pashinyan, despite this, the Armenian authorities do not want to act with “the language of ultimatums.”
The Prime Minister proposed, as an alternative, to transfer the management of the railways to a third country acceptable to both Russia and Armenia.
