As a result of Russia's massive strikes on Ukraine today, 25 people have died and about 100 people have been injured.
Modern.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in his evening address.
"The total number of dead after the massive strikes on Ukraine is 25 people. 100 people were injured. The strike was combined: a large number of ballistic missiles, a large number of cruise missiles, "Shaheds". New strikes were carried out during the day with "Shaheds" and aviation bombs," he said.
The Ukrainian leader emphasized the need to strengthen sanctions pressure against Russia, as well as to take additional measures to support Ukraine, including air defense.
"We have high hopes for operational supplies from partners and for ensuring sufficient production. We are in constant contact with all decision-making parties. The supply schedule must be followed," he concluded.

The number of people killed as a result of Russian strikes on the city of Pryluky in Ukraine's Chernihiv region has reached 18.
Modern.az reports that Ukraine's State Emergency Service announced this on its Telegram channel.
"The number of people killed as a result of the Russian Armed Forces' strikes on Pryluky in the Chernihiv region has reached 18, including 4 children," the statement said.
As a result of the strikes, 55 people, including 7 children, were injured.
Search and rescue operations and debris removal continue at the scene.
