Modern.az reports with reference to AFP that Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko informed about this.
He advised the residents of the capital to consider the possibility of temporarily moving to their relatives or acquaintances living in other settlements.
According to the mayor, the situation with water supply may worsen and threaten the normal functioning of the city. However, the Kyiv authorities are not yet considering the issue of full evacuation of the population.
It should be recalled that after a series of strikes on Kyiv, a large-scale power outage occurred in the city. The operation of the metro and ground electric transport was stopped, there were interruptions in water supply and problems in the sewage system.
The Minister of Energy of Ukraine also stated that one of the main objects of the energy infrastructure was damaged.
