According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Russian forces launched a missile strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv city on the evening of October 11. The missile hit a grocery store building, and a fire broke out in the area. The fire was localized over an area of 300 square meters. The store building, 5 cars, 2 multi-apartment residential buildings, and 1 private house were damaged.
As a result of the incident, 3 people died and 9 people were injured. Among the injured are 3 children.
In addition, the city of Ivano-Frankivsk was also attacked by Russian drones. According to Svetlana Onishuk, head of the Regional Military Administration, it was initially reported that 2 people had died and 1 person had been injured.
Later, the injured person died in the hospital, bringing the total number of deaths to 3. Ruslan Martsinkiv, the mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, stated that civilian infrastructure was damaged.
