In Pirəkəşkül and Ağdərə, expired and unusable ammunition will be destroyed on February 16-20, in compliance with safety rules.
Regarding this, information was provided to Modern.az by the Ministry of Defense.
It was stated that the destruction process will be carried out at the polygon near Pirəkəşkül settlement, as well as at the training center in Ağdərə district.
"Regarding the sounds of explosions, we call on the population not to panic and emphasize that there is no reason for concern," - it was highlighted in the information.
