A UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle - drone) fell in the middle of the street in the İlkadım district of Samsun, Turkey, in the morning.

According to the information, neighborhood residents woke up to a loud explosion. The incident caused panic in the neighborhood. The fragmented UAV caused material damage to two nearby buildings.
An investigation has been launched into the incident.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the fallen object was a UAV with wings and a tail of approximately 1 meter.
Due to the impact, the UAV broke into pieces, damaging the roofs and windows of two nearby buildings. No one was injured.
Police are investigating who the UAV belongs to and for what purpose it was used. Security measures have been taken in the area and the fragmented drone has been taken to the police station for inspection.
