Today is September 26, 2026.
Formula 1 cars race through the streets of Baku. The roar of engines blends with the city's sounds, their noise turning the world to Baku.
Amidst this noise, another sound is heard, the sound of TOMORROW...
Six years separate us from September 26, 2020. But it feels like today is that very day again. Each passing day brings us closer to that day, makes us love our martyrs more, makes us taste our victory more deeply, and shows the strength of the Commander-in-Chief's will more clearly.
I don't know about you, but these feelings overwhelm me.

Do you remember September 26, 2020?
On September 26, 2020, how was Azerbaijan living one day before the war?
Perhaps we don't remember, after all, that day didn't start as a day that would go down in history. Morning broke. Everyone was busy with their own concerns, some going to work, some preparing their children for school, some meeting friends, and some making plans for tomorrow. Azerbaijan was living an ordinary day. Except for rumors, we knew nothing.
No one knew that tomorrow would be a different tomorrow. No one knew that on the night of September 26, Azerbaijan was living the last night of 30 years of pain.
We knew nothing...
We would know TOMORROW.
TOMORROW...

Tomorrow the war would begin. Heroic sons would rush to defend the Motherland. Tomorrow the mothers' days of waiting would begin, the days when fathers would wake up to the sound of the phone at night would come. Everyone's eyes would be fixed on the Commander-in-Chief's speeches. Tomorrow Azerbaijan would rise as one. Tomorrow, in 44 days, the fate of a nation would be rewritten.
None of this happened on September 26.
We knew nothing.
What was September 26?
It was the day before the history leading to our territorial integrity. It was the day before the road to Shusha's liberation. It was the beginning of the day that would bring the good news of Kalbajar's liberation. It was the day when the return to Khankendi, the liberation of Khojaly, the reappearance of Aghdara on the map of Azerbaijan were in the future. It was the day before the end of the longing of people who had suffered 30 years of homeland yearning. It was the day when the question
