12 people have died as a result of an attack on a college dormitory in Starobelsk, Luhansk region of Ukraine, which is under Russian control.
Modern.az reports that Russian official bodies have issued a statement about this.
After the attack, 9 more people were registered as missing, and currently, debris removal and search and rescue operations are continuing at the scene.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued an official order to the Ministry of Defense to prepare a special plan of proposals to respond to this strike by the Ukrainian army. Putin sharply emphasized that it is impossible to limit oneself to mere statements in such a situation.
