Human traffickers wanted in Azerbaijan are believed to be hiding in Turkey and the UAE.
Modern.az reports that this was noted in the annual report of the National Coordinator for Combating Human Trafficking, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis.
Thus, the international search for 10 people accused of human trafficking crimes continues through Interpol channels.
It was reported that 7 of them are believed to be hiding in Turkey, 1 in Pakistan, 1 in Russia, and 1 in the United Arab Emirates.
The report also noted that 15 of the 31 people locally wanted for human trafficking, child pornography, incitement to prostitution, and maintaining brothels were detained.
