The Iranian authorities called on the population to “optimize” fuel consumption amid the confrontation with the United States.
Modern.az reports that this was announced by Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad.
According to the minister, during the 40-day period of active military operations, the United States and Israel struck a number of facilities belonging to the country's fuel and energy infrastructure.
Paknejad said that the attacks also included gas facilities and fuel depots in Tehran.
