The Czech Republic has offered Azerbaijan a new military training aircraft, the "L-39NG".
Modern.az reports that Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš said this in a statement to the press with President Ilham Aliyev in Gabala.
The Prime Minister noted that the Czech side would be very happy if Azerbaijan considered it:
"Aero Vodochody" company de facto services and repairs the outdated "L-39" aircraft. Of course, we are offering you the new "L-39NG" aircraft, and we would be very happy if you considered it."
A. Babiš reminded that "Colt" company is, in the true sense of the word, an important international company and it supplies its excellent products all over the world:
"We are glad that your police and other forces are already familiar with these products."
He stated that representatives of the most important Czech companies came to the visit, and a total of 50 companies were represented in the delegation:
"Of course, we have a great interest in signing a contract with Baku Metro. "ŠKODA Transportation" is part of our country's, perhaps the largest economic "PPF Group". This group, along with other companies, is ready to establish a joint venture, start production in Azerbaijan, invest in science and research, cooperate with your universities, and, of course, work with your people."
