The participants of the action, mostly women, chanted various slogans through loudspeakers and claimed that there were allegedly repressions against the hijab in Azerbaijan.
The participants of the action tried to manipulate issues related to Azerbaijan's internal policy through religious slogans and political symbols.
This action can be considered as another dirty provocative attempt by Iranian special services' agents against Azerbaijan's independent policy and sovereign decisions.
In particular, the attempt to present the decision on the introduction of a single school uniform in Azerbaijan as a step against religious freedoms attracts attention.
It is clear that Azerbaijan's independent decision-making, conducting a policy in accordance with its national interests, and determining its internal affairs seriously disturb certain circles. For this reason, attempts are made to create a stir on the international stage under various pretexts against our country, and to use religious topics as a political tool. But the organizers and executors of these petty actions forget that such provocative campaigns that interfere in Azerbaijan's internal affairs and target the country's independent policy will not yield any results.
