All restoration and construction works carried out in the liberated territories are financed from the state budget.
Modern.az reports that Emin Huseynov, special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, said this in a statement to journalists within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku.
He noted that so far, approximately 25 billion manats have been allocated from the state budget to the liberated territories.
“I would not like to separate the figures specifically by regions. Because all the projects implemented here are interconnected. This should be viewed as an integral part of a large mega-project. For example, roads, railways or large reservoirs are not intended for only one district. These investments also have a positive impact on other districts,” E. Huseynov added.
