US President's special representative Steve Uitkoff announced that Washington continues discussions with Iran on a peaceful settlement.
Modern.az reports that Uitkoff spoke about this in an interview with CNN.
Answering a question about the current state of the talks, he stated that contact between the parties is still ongoing.
"We are communicating," said the US president's special representative.
It should be noted that diplomatic contacts between the US and Iran towards resolving the conflict have intensified recently.
