On January 1, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held talks in Ankara with Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.

 

Modern.az reports this, citing the press service of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
