Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov apologized during a live broadcast with blogger Victoria Bonya.
Modern.az reports that during his appearance on the program "Polniy kontakt," Solovyov admitted that he acted emotionally and apologized for the words he said on air.
"Of course, I must apologize. You are right. I was overly emotional and should have been more careful with the words I said on live air," he stated.
Solovyov also claimed that his previous harsh statements about Bonya were related to the media reaction to her comments about President Vladimir Putin, rather than her words themselves.
Victoria Bonya, in turn, stated that she accepted the TV presenter's apology.
It should be noted that earlier, Solovyov had criticized Bonya with harsh expressions, which led to widespread discussions on social networks. The reason was Bonya's speech criticizing Putin.
