In Greece, an 89-year-old man wounded five people with a hunting rifle at the Social Security Fund (EFKA) and the Athens Court of Appeal.

According to the news channel, the man first entered the EFKA building in Athens' Petralona neighborhood. According to witnesses, he went up to the fourth floor and fired at the ceiling, the bullet hitting an employee's leg. The injured person was immediately hospitalized. Doctors said his wound was not life-threatening.
Later, the same man went up to the fourth floor of the Athens Court of Appeal and shot 4 female court secretaries. He then left the hunting rifle at the scene and fled. The motive for the incident is not yet known.
According to the channel, the suspect is an 89-year-old garbage collector who previously received treatment at a psychiatric clinic. Police have launched a large-scale operation to find the perpetrator, shared his photo with the media, and asked citizens to inform them if they see him.
