President Ilham Aliyev has amended his decree dated December 3, 2025, on the application of the law dated October 31, 2025, "On Public Services" and the regulation of a number of issues arising therefrom.
Modern.az reports that the head of state signed a new decree in this regard.
According to the decree, the Ministry of Economy and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President ("ASAN Xidmət") were given new authority.
Thus, if any administrative procedure that leads to a single legal result for the user of the public service consists of several public services provided by different service providers, these public services must be formed by the Ministry of Economy, and in unified service centers, by "ASAN Xidmət" in coordination.
In addition, if additional services are provided by individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity in addition to the service provider for that service in connection with the provision of public service, the list of these individuals and legal entities is placed on the official internet information resource of the p (institution) determined by the service provider and "ASAN Xidmət" and its actuality is ensured.
