Despite the ceasefire declared on April 17, at least 20 people have died in the last 24 hours as a result of Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon.
Modern.az reports that according to the country's Ministry of Health, another 46 Lebanese were injured.
It was noted that since the beginning of the military escalation on March 2, the total number of civilian deaths has reached 2679, and the number of injured has reached 8229.
The Ministry of Health emphasized that as Israel continues to attack settlements, the number of casualties and injuries may increase.
