Moscow and Baku are conducting a substantive dialogue regarding the immediate release of detained Russian citizens.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova.

The diplomat emphasized that "The relevant ministries of the two countries are conducting a substantive dialogue regarding the safe return of Russian citizens to their homeland".
