Consent has been given for the extradition of Azerbaijani citizen Dadash Dadashzade, accused of committing a fatal road accident, from Montenegro to our country.
Modern.az reports that the General Prosecutor's Office has released information about this.
It was stated that as a result of the request of the General Prosecutor's Office to the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro, the submission of the required documents and the negotiations held, an agreement was reached on the extradition of Dadash Balakishi oglu Dadashzade.
During the investigation of the criminal case conducted by the Sabunchu District Police Department, reasonable suspicions were identified that he committed a fatal road accident, and a decision was made to involve him as an accused.
Due to evading the investigation and hiding, D. Dadashzade was put on international wanted list through Interpol's National Central Bureau. As a result of the measures taken, his whereabouts in Montenegro were determined and his detention was ensured.
Currently, relevant measures are being taken to bring Dadash Dadashzade to Azerbaijan.
