French President Emmanuel Macron, who is on a visit to Armenia, visited the so-called "Armenian genocide monument" in Yerevan on Tuesday morning and signed the Guest Book.
Modern.az reports that Emmanuel Macron was accompanied by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan at "Tsitsernakaberd".
Murad Papazian, co-chairman of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France, was part of Macron's delegation. Papazian was banned from entering Armenia a few years ago for criticizing the government, but the ban was later lifted after Macron's personal intervention.
