Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this on his “Telegram” page.
Zelensky noted that ensuring a ceasefire during that period is realistic. “We will act in the same way from that moment on. If the Russian Ministry of Defense believes that it cannot hold a parade in Moscow without a goodwill gesture from Ukraine, this indicates that it is time for the Russian leadership to take real steps to end the war,” Zelensky added.
