Russia has not lifted the restrictions on the import of fish and dairy products from Armenia.
Modern.az reports that “Rosselkhoznadzor” informed TASS about this.
It was stated that the Armenian side did not submit documents confirming the elimination of violations found during the production of fish and dairy products to the Russian side.
According to “Rosselkhoznadzor”, the relevant inspection p of Armenia only sent guarantees and appeals. The Russian side stated that this was not enough to lift the restrictions and informed the Armenian side about it.
It should be noted that Russia previously imposed restrictions on the import of a number of products from Armenia, from mineral water and alcoholic beverages to vegetables, fruits, fish and dairy products, citing violations found earlier.
