A briefing was held with representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan and working groups of high-level guests regarding the preparatory work for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which will start its work in Baku tomorrow, and the program of the event.
Modern.az reports that the WUF13 Azerbaijan Operating Company disseminated information about this.
It was noted that approximately 150 foreign guests, including leading representatives of diplomatic missions operating in Azerbaijan, as well as officials from foreign countries, participated in the briefing organized at the venue of the event - Baku Olympic Stadium.
It should be noted that WUF13 will be held in Baku on May 17-22. The forum is held within the framework of Azerbaijan's close cooperation with the UN-Habitat Program and is aimed at exchanging international experience in the field of sustainable urban planning, "smart cities" and innovative urban solutions.
