Modern.az reports that SANA agency disseminated information about this. The incident was recorded in the Al-Wurud neighborhood of the city. It is reported that a minivan was blown up.
There was no driver or passenger in the car during the explosion. As a result of the incident, 5 civilians in the vicinity were injured.
The injured were hospitalized.
