The agreement envisaging the elevation of relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan to the level of alliance will be discussed in the Milli Majlis.
Modern.az reports that a draft law on the approval of the “Agreement on Alliance Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic” has been prepared.
The project has been included in the agenda of the meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations, which will be held on September 14.
The agreement envisages the expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in political, economic, security and other fields based on the principles of alliance.
After being discussed in the committee, the draft law may be recommended to the plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
