German soldiers attacked in the Netherlands

Two German soldiers serving at NATO headquarters in Limburg province, the Netherlands, have been attacked by unknown individuals.

Modern.az reports, citing the "Hart van Nederland" portal, that the attackers were masked and chanted "anti-NATO slogans." As a result of the incident, the German soldiers sustained minor injuries.

The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee is investigating the incident.

No information has been provided on whether the suspects have been apprehended.
