The anomalous hot weather conditions recorded in Moscow, the capital of Russia, have broken the temperature record of the last 129 years.
Modern.az reports that this information was provided by the Russian Hydrometeorological Center.
According to the information, the thermometers in the capital rose to +30°C. The previous historical maximum was recorded on May 20, 1897. At that time, the air in Moscow had warmed up to +29.7°C.
It should be noted that on May 19, another temperature record was updated in Moscow. On that day, +30.3°C heat was recorded in the capital, which is 0.1 degrees more than the historical maximum of 1979.
