In the Hacı Zeynalabdin settlement of Sumgayit city, wear and tear have been observed in a number of structural elements of the historical building, constructed in 1916, due to long-term operation.

He stated that for this reason, the relocation of City Hospital No. 3, which operates in the building that has fallen into a dilapidated state, has begun in stages:
"To ensure that citizens' needs for primary medical care are met promptly and accessibly, the Polyclinic department and laboratory services operating in a separate building in the hospital's courtyard will continue their activities as before.
