On April 27, employees of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Azerbaijan visited Khankendi city.
According to information provided to Modern.az by the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, within the framework of the visit, guests were given detailed information about the large-scale construction and reconstruction projects being implemented in the city, and it was stated that work on renewing infrastructure and forming a modern urban environment in Khankendi is consistently continuing.
Along with restoration and construction measures, the return of residents displaced from their native lands to Khankendi is also being ensured.
The relocation process has already been carried out not only to the city but also to Karkijahan settlement, and measures in this direction are continuing in stages.
During their city tour, diplomatic representatives visited Victory Square and Karabakh University. They also showed interest in the activities of the higher education institution and the conditions created for students.
