Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan had a phone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi.

Modern.az reports that a source in the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed TASS about this.

It was stated that the parties discussed the latest situation in the region and the progress of talks between Iran and the United States.

The source said that recent events in the Middle East were also in focus during the conversation.
