Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented on local media reports about the deterioration of his relations with Alen Simonyan, who was removed from the leadership of the parliament after the June 7 elections.
Modern.az reports that Pashinyan answered journalists' questions on the topic.
Nikol Pashinyan denied the claims of a disagreement between him and Alen Simonyan, saying:
"There is no division between us. We will compare our views and continue our joint activities."
It should be noted that Armenia's ruling "Civil Contract" Party nominated Vice-Speaker Ruben Rubinyan for the position of the new parliament speaker. Alen Simonyan, who served as speaker for the last 5 years, was not trusted this time.
According to reports, Pashinyan will give Alen Simonyan a new position.
