The number of victims of the strong earthquake in Venezuela continues to rise.

Modern.az reports that the speaker of the Venezuelan parliament, Jorge Rodriguez, made a statement about this.

According to him, the number of people who lost their lives as a result of the natural disaster increased to 1719, and the number of injured people increased to 5034.

It should be noted that earlier the number of dead was announced as 1430.
