Moscow has been subjected to one of the most massive drone attacks in its history.

Modern.az reports, citing local media, that according to official data, a part of 137 unmanned aerial vehicles directed at the city from Ukraine fell on Moscow and its surrounding areas.

As a result of the attack, destruction was recorded at various points in the city. According to the information we obtained, the "Sadovod" market, considered one of Moscow's largest shopping centers, owned by Russian businessmen of Azerbaijani origin Zarah Iliev and God Nisanov, was also hit.

Drone debris fell on the market area, and destruction was recorded in the administrative building.

Ukrainian drones damaged industrial zones and residential buildings in Moscow Oil Refinery, Zhukovsky, Elektrostal, Lyuberets, Chekhov, and Pavlovsky Posad.

Flights at Moscow's "Vnukovo", "Sheremetyevo" and "Zhukovsky" airports were temporarily restricted, and traffic on the southeastern part of the MKAD became difficult.

It should be noted that the "Sadovod" market, located on an area of 65 hectares, is Russia's largest wholesale and retail trade center.
